AFTER SCHOOL ACADEMIC PROGRAM

Students will have the opportunity to complete school work in an after-school program that will be held Monday-Thursday each week.  3rd & 4th grade students are able to stay on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 – 4:30 and receive support with completing their academic work.  5th grade students are also able to stay on Tuesdays and Thursdays to receive assistance with completing their school work.  Parental special requests will certainly be considered on a case-by-case basis if a student needs additional assistance outside of the scheduled days and times.  Teachers and instructional aides will communicate with parents regarding the process of students receiving assistance and support in the ASAP program.  Students will have the opportunity to complete work in the content areas of English/Language Arts, mathematics, science, and social studies. Students will have full access to Google Chrome Books and iPads as needed to complete various assignments and learning activities.

The link below will provide you with an electronic version of the parental communication for the ASAP program.  This form must be filled out and submitted prior to a student remaining after school for extra academic support.
